Therapy is a window into the self, allowing us to explore the unexamined sides of our nature: the thoughts, feelings and experiences which shape our being. Enabling us to process, heal and grow into a better version of ourselves and to live a more fulfilling life.

Employing Pyschodynamic theory helps us to understand how our current feelings, thoughts and behaviour have been shaped by the past, in particular our childhood experiences.
Adopting a holistic approach, focusing on exploring your feelings in a non-directive manner, with genuineness, compassion and care.
Utilising two chair work, metaphor and visualisation, Gestalt Therapy is based on the idea we are influenced by our environment. This can trigger negative habitual reactions. When we acknowledge and bring them into our awareness we can make positive emotional change.
EFT therapy is often referred to as psychological acupressure. Treatment involves tapping on the end points of energy meridians on the hand, face and upper body and can be particularly useful to treat PTSD.
Working with CBT, we aim to explore, challenge and change negative thinking processes for more positive ones. CBT includes setting goals and exercises in session and out of session to bring about positive change.
